Abstract

According to the economic survey of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OCED), 30% of Indians between the ages of 15 and 29 are neither enrolled in education or skill training nor in employment.
This indicates that the traditional education system is unaffordable which is resulting in low enrollment.
