Full Professor of Criminal Law and Criminology (International) at UIC Barcelona

Abstract

Jose R. Agustina is Associate Professor (accredited as a Full Professor) of Criminal Law and Criminology at UIC Barcelona. He is the Head of the Department of Criminal Law and director of the Master’s program in Cybercrime and co-director of the Master’s degree in Forensic Psychopathology. His research areas are at the interface between Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminal Policy, and include cybercrime and cybervictimization, white-collar and corporate crime, privacy issues, and criminological theories. He serves as Editor-in Chief of Actualidad Criminológica y Penal series, published by BdeF and Edisofer.
